In frying pan over medium heat, cook and stir mushrooms, onion, celery, red pepper and garlic in oil 5 to
7 minutes or until onion is tender.
Stir in vegetable stock, courgette, sugarsnaps and dill.
Heat to boiling.
Reduce heat; simmer 5 to 7 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Stir in SEEDS OF CHANGE® Organic Wholegrain & Wild Rice with Quinoa & Barley, tuna and Alfredo sauce.
Cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through.
Garnish with fresh additional dill; serve with lemon wedges.
