Place chicken strips and ½ of the SEEDS OF CHANGE® Sweet & Sour Oriental Sauce in large bowl and mix well.
In a frying pan cook chicken over medium high heat, stirring occasionally, until chicken is cooked and no longer pink (4 to 6 minutes).
Remove from frying pan, set aside and keep warm.
Meanwhile, in same frying pan, place peppers, asparagus, green beans, and onions; continue cooking over medium heat until asparagus and green beans are slightly tender and bright green.
Add remaining half of SEEDS OF CHANGE® Sweet & Sour Oriental Sauce and reserved chicken strips; continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until sauce is heated through (3 to 4 minutes).
Serve chicken and vegetable sauce over warmed SEEDS OF CHANGE® Organic Wholegrain & Wild Rice with Quinoa & Barley.
