Made in Italy using the finest quality organic durum wheat - the only wheat if you're serious about traditional, delicious pasta! We believe in the traditional pasta-making process so we use bronze dyes to form the Tortiglioni, giving it a slightly rougher surface that the sauce can cling on to. It's simple really: we believe real food, grown organically from seed, tastes better so all the ingredients are 100% organic and you won't find any artificial additives or preservatives. All it needs is sunshine, water and a little bit of nurture.
