Are the Seeds of Change® products gluten free?
All of the products in the range are gluten free except for our pasta products, our cereal bar range and our Minestrone soup, which contains some pasta.

Do any of the Seeds of Change® products contain nuts?
The only product to contain nuts is the Seeds of Change® Hazelnut and Sultana cereal bar. All of the other products are nut free.

Are the Seeds of Change® products suitable for vegetarians?
All of the Seeds of Change® range is suitable for vegetarians.

Where can I buy Seeds of Change®?
Seeds of Change® can be purchased at all major retailers, including Waitrose, Tesco, Sainsbury's, Morrisons, Co-op, ASDA and Somerfield.

Is the packaging recyclable?
All of the packaging for our sauces and our cereal bars range is recyclable. The soup pouches may be recycled at some recycling points where aluminium is accepted. Our pasta packaging is not currently recyclable.

Are there any artificial colours, additives or preservatives in the products?
All of our products are free from any artificial colours, additives or preservatives.

How do I know that the products are really organic?
All of our products are certified by the Soil Association, who maintain vigorous standards on the production and processing of organic foods. In order to maintain our organic status, we undergo a rigorous inspection process to confirm that we respect their high standards and are only using suppliers who follow the same standards. As such we are proud to carry the Soil Association logo on all of our packaging.
